Elements Health is committed to actively pre-screening patients and staff, strictly adhering to infection prevention controls and incorporating physical distancing (as much as possible) in clinic spaces. Please note that all health care workers, ie. your physiotherapist and chiropractor will be masked as per Public Health guidance. Patients are not required to mask and those who choose to do so must provide his/her own face-covering. It is important that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. In addition,  we are asking patients to answer these 3 questions in advance of their arrival:

1. Do you have current symptoms of COVID-19, such as: fever; a new or changed chronic cough; a sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, or shortness of breath that is not related to a known or preexisting condition?

2. Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days?

3. Have you had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19 (e.g. individuals exposed without appropriate PPE in use)?

If you answer NO to ALL 3 questions, please report to our front desk for additional screening and infection control procedures within the clinic. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you answered YES to any one of these 3 questions, please cancel your appointment and do not come to the clinic.  Please self-isolate and call Health Link 811.

PLEASE NOTE: we ask that when possible, only those receiving treatment enter the clinic. If you have a caregiver or driver with you, we ask that they wait outside in his/her vehicle. Any chaperones or minors otherwise accompanying a patient must also be prescreened and follow all in-clinic precautions.
