With over 26 years of experience as a massage therapist, I bring a deep passion for healing and connection to every session. A proud graduate of Grant MacEwan University, I’ve also had the privilege of teaching massage therapy for several years—an experience that deepened my appreciation for the ever-evolving art and science of this work.
I’m known for my deep and specific style of massage, tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. I believe in a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, where health care professionals collaborate to support the whole person. This philosophy has guided my practice and continues to shape how I engage with both clients and colleagues.
The massage therapy community has been a constant source of inspiration for me. I love learning from fellow therapists and staying connected to a profession built on care, knowledge, and mutual support.

I identify with the Element of water. I am very sensible and have good intuition. Outside the clinic, my greatest joys are music and spending time with my family.
